Payment
All payments for goods and services purchased through float4you.com.au can be made online by credit card. We also accept direct deposits, personal cheques and money orders. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations once goods have shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our hours of operation are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, Australia (excluding NSW public holidays).
Goods will be delivered within Australia by delivery service (courier or Australia Post). PO Box addresses are not accepted.

We make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible and are not liable for any losses beyond our control. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order.

The below fees apply to most goods; however, additional goods shipped to the same address might attract a higher delivery fee due to increased bulk and weight.
Your delivery may be delayed if you do not select a delivery option, choose an incorrect option or provide inaccurate delivery details. float4you.com.au will not be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience or costs.
Delivery Details
If your nominated address is unattended, the delivery service may leave the goods in a safe place or choose to leave a calling card. float4you.com.au is not liable for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
If a recipient does not respond to a calling card, float4you.com.au will be notified. If float4you.com.au is unable to rectify the situation, the goods will be returned to us. Subsequent re-delivery is at twice the original cost, to cover the delivery service’s return charge. Charges apply for any goods which have become unsuitable for sale.
RETURNS POLICY
Return & Exchanges
Purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of the invoice date. Items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We are unable to provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refund
We will process your refund as soon as we have received your returned item in its original condition.
Damaged Goods
All goods are packed with due care. In the event delivered goods are damaged, please inform float4you.com.au within seven days of delivery. We are happy to replace those goods once they have been shipped back at your cost and deemed faulty or damaged. Replacement items are delivered at no extra cost.
